Proven experience working as a heavy truck / equipment auto garage supervisor.
Plan, organize, and coordinate the day-to-day running of the garage.
Maintain records of repair and service work and make reports to detect recurrent faults.
Allocate jobs to relevant personnel accordingly
Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment, and other materials in the Service Area.
Evaluate the impact of work delays, interruptions, or changes in plans to develop appropriate course of actions.
Experience:
Mechanical or supervising: 2 years and above (Required)
Experience in the automotive industry/ Heavy vehicle industry and deep know knowledge of Volvo Trucks.
Automotive systems (vehicle layout, function, and location of parts)
Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, service, and general repairs
Organizational ability
Detail oriented
High integrity and professionalism.
Good communication ability both verbally and in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills
Able to procure used & new spare parts of heavy vehicles specially Volvo trucks
Education: Diploma (Required)
Location: Dubai (Preferred)
